  • Community College Diploma or Certificate, Degree in behaviour science technology, psychology or equivalent preferred.
  • BCBA/BCaBA or working towards qualifications preferred
  • RBT preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with children implementing Applied Behaviour Analysis principles
  • Strong knowledge of applied behaviour analysis, autism spectrum disorder and child development.
  • Previous experience working with children and youth with severe challenging behaviours.
  • Must be able to lift and transfer 50lbs.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • The successful candidate must provide an acceptable Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support families in a manner that is respectful, empathetic, and encouraging.

  • Delivering intensive, individualized ABA treatment for clients in the home setting.
  • Collecting and tracking data on a daily basis.
  • Graphing and summarizing data for review.
  • Preparing program materials in a timely manner
  • Updates parents daily through verbal and written communication on Individual’s progress and supports parents in their understanding of IBI/ABA techniques.
  • Prepares daily teaching materials.
  • Supports integration of Individuals in educational, community and family programs and activities.
  • Travel between clients may be required - Valid Driver's License and Reliable vehicle is required.
  • Conduct themselves in an Ethical and Professional manner in keeping with the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

  • Master Degree in Behaviour Analysis
  • Board Certification as a BCBA in good standing
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to Provincial legislation (e.g., PHIPPA, Services and Supports etc.).
  • Knowledge of instructional procedures and training curriculums (e.g., DTT, AIM, PEAK, EFL, AFLS, VB-MAPP etc.)
  • 3 + years’ experience working with neurodiverse youth/adults
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportation
  • Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
  • Excellent and efficient communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with fluency in a foreign language a plus
  • Experience managing a team of clinical staff and mentoring supervisory-level clinicians is a plus

  • Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, design and implement individualized skill acquisition plans, behavioural support plans and behavioural safety plans.
  • Develop new behavioural programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
  • Collaborate with community-based treatment teams to review case progress and provide collaborative services
  • Provide training, supervision, and support for team members, mediators, caregivers, and families in all programming procedures
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
  • Supervise mediators and complete program fidelity checks, BACB supervision of candidates, and train students in the field
  • Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties as directed by the Clinical Director
